Thank you for the assistance. It turns out the other side made a slight change in the configuration. Once they restored from a backup, everything worked properly.
Yes, thanks to both of you for pointing me in the right direction. I missed the readme note that said you had to upgrade the bootloader to a higher version. Once I did that with tftp I was able to correct the problem. Thanks again.
