i'm trying to configure a role that has super admin access in every way except the ability to edit/add/delete devices. i feel like this should be simple but i've been playing with it for a while with no success.

the Cisco documentation says ISE is installed in the cloud or using the ZTP process, you will be prompted to change the web-based admin user password during the first login.
from what i can tell this password reset NEEDS to be done through the gui....
