Thanks for your helpsh hw-module subslot 0/1 transceiver 0 idpromOutput shows nothing because we don't have any SFP on that port.We have connected WAN connetion to RJ45 port.Tried stopping and starting of the module without suess.
Thanks for your reply.I have tried that before posting here.I have cconfigured IP address,no shut and saved cconfig but still shows as down/down.Which is why i am getting confused.
