Are you saying you can't hit the decline button when a call comes in? I have this setup in my lab and can test, but I'm almost sure I would have noticed this already with the testing I have already done.

Amit,Thanks for reaching out. I did get this fixed after fooling with the Jabber-config file. I think I went back to BDI and hosted jpg on IIS to fix.
