Hi Dejan, All ports are allowed correctly on both firewall, but it didn't work.So I think, I should have L3 device to route between internet and intranet zone. Many thanks!

Hi Paul McGurn,Which one you did upgrade to SU2?I had already done upgrade UCCX to 8.5.1 SU4 but it still have a problem.Do I need to upgrade CUCM to fix this issue?
