When you check the IM address by Rightclick on contact > View profile. The "IM Address:" value does match the value in CUP for the affected contact. ?

The reason for that is cause the incoming gatewaydo not have access to the voicemail partitionsso you need to add the voicemail ports partitions to the incoming gateway CSS
