Dear all,
I have a strange issue at a customer with the following szenario:
CUCM 9.1
CUC 9.1
Jabber for Windows 9.2
Cisco 8945 SCCP IP phone
The Jabber client is controlling the phone via CTI. If now an external call is comming in through an MGCP GW, the user cannot ignore the call and send it to voicemail. The user can press the button, but nothing is happening and the phone keeps ringing.
The strange thing is that:
- for internal calls, this is working all time
- If you use a CSF (jabber in softphone mode) also external calls can be sent to voicemail
--> it is just not working, if an SCCP phone is controlled and the call is comming via an MGCP GW
--> CSF and IP Phone are configured 100% the same
--> GW, SIP Trunks and phones were for testing in the same region and location to check for codec missmatch
--> different firmwares for the phones tested
Did anyone of you had some issues with that as well?
Best regards
Ben
