Hi,4MByte/s downloading speed is around 32Mbps, which is around 70% ofyour DS3 access link. Take note of the value on your PC which indicate in byte per second and the link speed is bits per second.cheers!csyeo

Have not see this type of configuration before but will suggest to use STUN if you need SDLC to SDLC direct connection.
