1. Can a 2960 be part of a 2950 cluster? If so, can the 2960 be the master switch ?

I have to rack a VPN 3060E but I don't have the backets/ears. Does anyone know where I can purchase the brackets, Cisco resellers tell me that they can't get them from Cisco.
