when a user changes their PIN in ccmuser, access to their fast dials is denied. Once an administrator resets the PIN in ccmadmin the user can again access the fast dials. using ccm 4.1(2)sr1.anyone have any ideas ?

I asked basically the same question and was told that you can not create your own softkeys. If anyone out there knows differntly then I would be interested also.
