Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding.The above message is what I get. Does anyone have a fix for this?

I know that I can use an access list to control access for telnet. Can you apply this to certain interfaces or is this for every interface on the router.

I am wanting to renumber my telnet port on my router for security purposes but I am unsure on how to do this.
