Thanks I tried that but it did not resolve the issues at hand. I swapped out the entire Cat5 cable with a new one. Where the Cat5 cable is feeding to the switch, I moved it there as well no success.
Our Callmanagers are at 3.3 right now, will it still work with this version?We are in the process of upgrading all of them to 4.2. Should I wait or upgrade the phones?
