Cisco Edge 95 Firware upgrade

Hi, we need to upgrade a Tandberg Edge 95 from the F8.2 to the F9.3.3. The equipment is not under a contract service, so we are not able to generate a valid release key for the F9.3.3Would appreciate any suggestion.Regards,
