Cisco Edge 95 Firware upgrade

Hi, we need to upgrade a Tandberg Edge 95 from the F8.2 to the F9.3.3. The equipment is not under a contract service, so we are not able to generate a valid release key for the F9.3.3

Would appreciate any suggestion.

You can request a release key and perform the upgrade to F9.3.3 without a service contract by contacting TAC and referencing security advisory cisco-sa-20140605-openssl.  Due to security issues with the device software, Cisco sometimes provides free software upgrades.
