Quick follow up.
We reported this problem to Cisco via an official support ticket.
The response was as follows:
"Because of the feature unfortunately there is no other way to stop the cascading messages and according to me it makes sense as well...
I attempted to reboot and clear the error messages. The problem persisted and the error messages are continuing to rack up. It seems as long as the LAN is up but the WAN is down that this problem could occur.
We have not been able to reproduce this problem and are soon moving to upgrade everyone to 4.5. No other cases have been reported so we can safely dismiss this as a temporary problem for now. Thanks for the responses though.
1. Only one user so far. We recently completed a deployment of 4.4.03034 last week so we may get more. Leaving the cellular connection online overnight is not likely to be a unique scenario.
