Do you have a NAT device in front of the client. You may check if the NAT setting cause this problem. The other things is the personal firewall on the client side terminate the tunnel.
As I am aware, Cisco doesn`t publish the error codes. You just only can guess from the message or ask the TAC team which sometime is not helpfull (depend on the person who handle your case).Regards,Engel
