Mak,Thanks for you response. The reason I was using dhcp instead of the static address we requested was that the subnet mask they claim I need to use is 255.255.255.255 but the router won't accept it. So I thought I would tackle the auth problem firs...

The way we got around the PPPOE issue was to use a LinkSys router/gateway between the PC and them modem. The LinkSys did the PPPOE login for us and we did not need to run the EnterNet 300 software.
