I believe the shared example are valid for Cisco router. I don't see an option to configure those on the Cisco ASA, also i need to have both ISP on separate Physical Interface.

You mean that i will be able to detect the new AP i plug in to the network on the Mobility Express Controller page even though the new AP does not have any IP address since there is no dhcp server leasing out ip for the new AP.
