7940g - Removing limitation of 32 entries only on External Directory

Hi, I have a number of Cisco 7940G phones running the sip protocol, joining to a 3CX PBX.Currently, when you choose the External Directory, only 32 entries are displayed.  There are 150 entries in my 3CX Company Phonebook.All these entries are listed...
