The PAN is dedicated to just that persona. It does not run the MNT or PSN personas. NADs send accounting info to the PSNs only. Should the NADs send accounting info to the PAN or MNT instead?Thanks

The answer is that essentially Prime 1.3 does not support these types of alarms. I have not yet tested this with Prime 2.0 but plan to soon since my test stack is still built and functioning.
