The ASA does not support LACPDUs that are VLAN-tagged. If you enable native VLAN tagging on the neighboring switch using the Cisco IOS vlan dot1Q tag native command, then the ASA will drop the tagged LACPDUs. Be sure to disable native VLAN tagging on...

Toby ,I don't have SFP in my router interface as its a normal Gig Port and Router modem is Cisco 2921.It seems something to do with Port on Router. Please see highlighted part "Show Controller Gi0/1" output .Thanks
