you problem description is missing the following;
-> version of jabber for ios
->version of cucm and im and presence.
-> what type of directory resolution are you using ( UDS or BDI) ?
i will suggest next step once you respond to the above queries.
the release notes you have attached is for cupc client; not for jabber for mac. The latest version for jabber for mac is 11.5.x; and these are the MAC OS that it supports;

from the screen capture i see you are using jabber for mobile, but is this jabber for ios or jabber for android ?
what is the complete version of jabber ?
