Yep - found in the Regions where the default setting was 384 for Video. I up'd it to 1920 and created a device pool for these guys with this new region and everything looks good. Thanks again for the help.
OK - got the duplex settings fixed. Video is much better. In call statistics I noticed we are running 640x360. Any way to make that resolution atleast double? The bandwidth should be there so I'm not sure why it is so low. Thanks again.
