I have an edge-facing PE router that has a full table inside vrf inet. That edge PE speaks MP-BGP as an RR to a few other PEs that don't have the capacity to handle a full table but need access to the world via vrf inet. Those PEs receive internal+...
Hi,I'm looking for some guidance on how to configure a REP common link over VPLS. I've read a bunch of docs that more or less elude to the fact that it should be supported, but no combination of documents thus far have clearly outlined what the prer...

I'm wondering if anyone has some ideas they an share on this.Assume the following:- CE1 is speaking *iBGP and OSPF to PE1 inside vrf foo- PE1 is mutually redistributing CE1's OSPF table with MPBGP- PE1 exchanges MPBGP routes with PE2.- PE2 is mutuall...
I'm running into an issue with a carrier NNI circuit that is manifesting itself as one-way traffic over an EoMPLS VC. I believe this behaviour to be the result of the ethertype that the carrier requires us to set on this interface.By and large, the ...
That's already been done. VRF inet has reachability to vrf resi. I can verify this by doing a debug ip packet detail and debug icmp. The issue lies on the PE where the default is being leaked. The debug in the original post is taken from that ver...
Hi,Thanks for the info. I should have been more clear. The default route in vrf inet is anchored on the same PE that is anchoring vrf resi. This isn't a BGP issue because there is no announcement of this default route, it's just the route being le...
Yes, OSPF and iBGP are both required. There are BGP speaking device behind the CE network that require a full BGP in addition to us providing a backup area 0 link for their OSPF network. Multiple VRFs are not possible.
Hmm, odd. I have a DHCP scope set up for my ap-manager interface, but can only find an option to assign one port to the ap-manager interface. For my particular application, ap-manager needs to be separate from the management interface and also separa...
I'm running into this issue as well, but I have every intention of using the onboard WLC ports with the APs directly connected. Are you suggesting that the onboard ports don't work that way and one *must* use an external switch and connect the APs t...
