Thanks, I dont think we have much choice as networks are unusable with MLO enabled. I have the same devices used on non-meraki APs with WiFi 7 enabled and MLO turned off (vendor allows WiFi 7 with MLO on or off), with no issues.
Are you referring to the one below, released end of last week? As the latest Stable is MR 31.1.8, we don't tend to install any beta or RC firmware, especially one so new.Have you installed it and seen improvements for the CW9172?
