Thank you, the problem is really in hardware (flash). The WLC is broken and it will have to change.

There is an example, at the link I gave above, in which ap-manager enabled on four interfaces, which are assigned to four different ports. There are no other interfaces. You want to say that in this case it is impossible to assign WLAN to any of them...

Ok, thanks. I think, AIR-PWRINJ3 will work for me. I have tested my AIR-LAP1042N with D-Link DWL-P200 injector (I had available), its have 100 mb interface and 15W power. He works fine with line about 50 meters. Now I sure AIR-PWRINJ3 will works too.
