I am seeing this alarm in my Cisco alarms dashboard. However, tcpdump revealed that there we constant radius authentication between the PSN nodes and Cisco switches. Is it still a bug in ISE 3.0 patch-3?

this feature is enable by default in ISE 3.0, and I am running ISE 3.0 with patch-3. My ISE system does not have Internet access. Therefore, is it safe to turn if OFF by uncheck the box? What is the impact if I turn off this feature? TIA
