I am looking to automate the process of setting standard sign-in banners on my TC and CE based codecs. Is there a API for that that I can use to create a custom command in TMS?

I am unable to delete old uneeded TMS reporting templates built by other users, even with full Site Admin rights. Is there an easy way to correct this and is it a known bug in TMS?
