Hi David,N1000v does not support two VMKNics with l3control capability on the same host. You should only configure one and thes ERSPAN and L3control traffic will share the same VMKNic for forwarding.Let me know if you have any more questions on this....
Hi,Once the VMKnic is configured, it would be used to source the ERSPAN (IP/GRE) packets from (you could just think this as configuring a VM's Veth and it's IP, but instead it would be the VMKnic). So, the VMKnic IP would be the source IP of the ERSP...
