So we are having some network issues between our old and new datacenter being saturated. So I moved the layer 3 hsrp priority of my servers and management vlan over to the new datacenter. My servers and management network seem to work just fine.

Is there a way to disable just the instant messaging feature on Jabber? I want to see the status and do the calls but just not the messaging. Is that possible?
My CUCM and my CUC both have ELM installed. Not sure if that's the default or not as I did not run the initial installers. Is it best practice to keep the licenses on 1 ELM or 2? If just one is there a way to uninstall ELM from the other appliance?
I am installing a subscriber for CUPS. Do I just want to add it as a second node in the DefaultCUPSubcriber node? Or do I want to create a new node and add it to that?
I just saw that its recommended to run a seperate ELM. can i do it based on 2500 user template? or does the template need to be based off the CUCM template?And is the seperate ELM really needed? we did the 10k user template for CUCM.
It is in the CUCM as an application server. I used the IP and not the FQDN. does it need the FQDN instead? I did select no for the first node part. That is why it is trying to connect to it now.
