SX20 after 24 hours of no use, will not come out of standby mode. Remote control does not turn it on, only a full power cycle makes it work?

recently my Vaddio usb camera stopped working in Webex, ( I think it happenened with version 29) is there a way to roll back browser based conferencing? or is their a client based version instead of browser based. Problem started recently, same issue...
