Hello Mike, just talked to the support center.They confirmed, it seems to be a hardware failure.I will send it to Cisco for replacement.Thanks a lot for your experienced recommendation.Best regards,Oliver

I did the upgrade on the FW 1.0.7.4 and all got worse.Switch hangs up after short time of operation and is not responding any more. Only hard reboot helps. So again, downgrade to 1.0.5.1 was the only way to get it work again.
