I would like to know what to set the Answer to Soon and the Asnwer to Late settings to use so a person with the Mobility option configured has calls go to the remote destination voicemail (cell phone voicemail)  remote destination profile is pointing...
When I try to log into iC Desktop I get the following message:  "Error (10154) An attempt has been made to log in to a CTI PORT device for a non-mobile agent or an invalid CTI PORT for a mobile agent."
