Thank you for your documentation, I accidentally clicked correct answer button. The problem had nothing to do with management via wireless is enabled or not (in my case it is enabled), reset controller somehow fixed the problem.

Hmm, how do you know service port and management port are in the same IP scope? I am not using service port, the management is in-band, even if that is the problem, I should not be able to https/ssh in all the time, right?
