4507R-E unboxing

HI im new to cisco device and i want to know about WS-X4K-CLOCK-E "Clock module"WS-X4590-E             "Mux bufferWS-X4597-E              "Fan tray"do these item include if we buy a 4507R-E?  

I use WS-C2960-24TC-S but only use 3 until 5 ports of the 24 available port, is it okay if i change the switch with 8TC-S?

is it okay to change WS-C2960-24-TC-S with WS-C2960-8-TC-S? (I only use 5 of 24 port )
