Hi Jonas,can you check for disconnect cause under xhistory logs for endpoint which got disconnected ?login to codec ssh, type xhistory. it will give you complete call logs along with disconnect reason and cause.
Hi,Is this issue only happens with SX20 unit ?from the picture it seems like sx20 is put on hold !! Will it work with lower resolution ? Radvision 5110 has latest v 7.7.6 you can try to upgrade on this version. Regards,Amit Mehla
