Hi all,
I have an aging telepresence infrastructure of tandberg/cisco units communicating via H.323 and a couple of tandberg gateways. Generally it works ok.
I have an issue where calls get disconnected about 4 minutes into a conference, sometimes it is just one part in a multi part conference that gets repeatedly disconnected. I have not seen large amounts of packet loss or other clear indicators in the TMS logs, it just says disconnected.
However in the tandberg gatekeeper log i can see several disconnections with the casue "Operator forced termination of call" that match in time with the disconnects people see.
What causes this type of termination? I found no info in the gatekeeper user manual.
Thanks in advance.

I found out that the firewall team had enabled ALG (application layer gateway) services on a box between a few tandberg units and the gatekeeper. After disabling the ALG for H323 and RAS all returned to normal.

Hi Jonas,
can you check for disconnect cause under xhistory logs for endpoint which got disconnected ?
login to codec ssh, type xhistory.
it will give you complete call logs along with disconnect reason and cause.
