I have nine WS-C2960X-24PS-L switch, and I need provide a second power option whit PWR-RPS2300 I read this datasheed (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/redundant-power-system-2300/product_data_sheet0900aecd805bbef6.html)
The first paragraph says that “ The Cisco RPS 2300 supplies redundant power for up to two of six connected 48-port PoE devices in a convenient”
But what happen? if I have only 15 POE devices (15 Watts each one) distributesd in all nine switch.
How many RPS 2300 I need for all switch and type of power source.

2. What's the full IP / mask / g/w of the camera
Answers: 10.21.33.150 / 255.255.255.0 / 10.21.33.1 (but i don t need gw for this)
3. What's the IP Mask gw of your PC?
Answers: 10.21.33.152 / 255.255.255.0 / 10.21.33.1
4. Are there any ACL's at all on the switch?
5. Can you show the configuration of at least the PC and camera port on the switch?
i am outside now, but consider i reach camera connected directly to my PC and not trought the switch, i think switch is blocking some traffic camera use, i have change the port, cameras vivoteck work well, i have access remotely to switch.
with show interface output do you think is posible an wire interference, or other phisical error?

Hello, i have this camera: DAHUA IPCHDBW1200EW28 with IP 10.21.33.150, when i conect it to my laptop i reach the IP Camera perfectly well , but when i connect to a C 2960x port i cant reach, i am in the same vlan.
there is not ip conflic, to enshure i changed the ip of camera about four times.
its very strange, i am ccna

Hello!! Can i use 10Gb Link between a Cisco Catalyst 6500 whit a Cisco Catalyst 6900 Series 8-Port 10 Gigabit Ethernet Fiber Module ( WS-X6908-10G-2T) card and 10GBASE-SR X2 Fiber port , and . And in the other side use a Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48FPD-L (have two SFP+ bays) whit SFP-10G-SR= (multimode fiber) this solutions works??? another question: WS-X6908-10G-2T card comes equipped with DFC4.
