Update.I made the change on the Callmanager which I then saved. It did not prompt me to reboot the server or restart any services so I did not (I was prepared to if the phones did not pick up the change after the handset reboot).It was interesting t...
Thank you all that replied. What I take from this is to do normal backups out of hours but be aware I could run one in normal hours if it was urgent but there is a risk it could affect the server(s).
