Does the Nexus 93180YC-FX Switch out of the box not support inter-vlan routing ? Is there additional/separate license that needs to be install to route between VLANS? It is NX-OS v.7.x

Is there a way to show from the CLI whether the switch is a 5548P or 5548UP ?
I have seen the physical labeling but wanted to a way to verify via the CLI.
The issue was resolved by removing the vpc from the N9k-1/-2 port-channel going to a stacked Cisco 3850.
