Are there any great performance gain in higher Power ?

HiWhe have deployed some AP2702i. And I am trying to run traffic on both data ports on the AP.The POE port is attached to WS-2960S switch and is pulling16,8 Watts, and the AUX port is connected to the same switch and same VLAN. But AUX port is “down”...

Yes i know that.But the IOS on WISM is 15.2(4)JA1$ . And i want to upgrade my AP to the new IOS version of c1140-k9w7-tar.152-4.JB3a.tar. And that version is not installed on WISM.Who can i uplaod c1140-k9w7-tar.152-4.JB3a.tar to the WISM ?
