I have a newly installed CCM Subscriber that the Cisco Secuirty Agent did not install during the install process. Does the server need the agent?Or did I miss something during the install process?
Trying to find out if I can use any special characters for the prefix to retrieve a call in Call Manager 4.x. For example "*" or "#" followed by any number and if so how do I enter them please. Doesn't seem to like my syntax.....
