Hi Leo, thanks for the response. What I mean by isolated is that each Radios position is out of radio range of an adjacent AP. With the Meraki do you pay for a cloud license?

I have tried a reboot a few times to no avail. The following day it started working again. Except now the customer has no internal music on hold. Very strange.
