I had this issue, with hardware 8510 WLC (8.0.110) and virtualised MSE (8.0.110). I have added 3 WLC (same S/W) level and associated with the MSE but only 2 worked, no nmsp shown. Prime showed NMSP as green but when delved into there was no nmsp work...
