I am looking forward to migrate ISE 3.2 to new version 3.6, have following query.Can we upgrade directly from 3.2 to 3.6?Is there any change in license structure, certificate etc?
It looks like Cisco took quite long time to release patch 8 for ISE 3.2, it was release at end of November 2025.Now they release patch 9 on Dec 2025. Was there issue with Patch 8. If current system is on patch 7 can we install patch 9 directly ?

We do have smart license, since it was mandatory to convert from regular to smart license. So I assume same license should work for 3.2 and there is not change in it for version 3.1 and 3.2.
