I have the follow issue, sometimes when some extension in my environment put a call on hold the moh doesn´t works, after a 1 or 2 seconds works again.
the source is a .wav

Today the MOH doesn´t work for no ip phone, we have tested that when any ip pone put call in hold (all of them) we only hear a distorsioned sound but no music.

it is unicast, we don´t test if default works. We have get the logs in RTMT from media service and tufts but didn´t see nothing

The problem could be that .wav file has not the correct format and it is the reason don´t upload. Have you ckecked?

could you try transfer yor call to internal extension and configured this extension with his fwd to external number??. with it you test if exist a permissions problem (CSS, PTT) betwen CUCM and CUC
