We have CCA 3.2.2 and have upgraded UC560 to the latest firmware along with the SG500-24p switches and CCA is showing unsupported device.When is there going to be an update to correct this?Thanks
Hello does anyone know how to initialize CUE in CLI.We cannot get into CCA passwords in telnet do not match.Trying to factory reset however CUE will not go offline.It needs to be initialized.Please help.Thanks

ThanksWe have tried the factory reset however this is where the problem began.We cannot take the CUE offline because it has not been initialized.The message is it has to be online to take offiline.
