FYI, for anyone else that has this problem... I had the same issue when trying to login via Internet Explorer. When I switched to Chrome, the default user and password worked... problem solved.
Could be... I'm not using VPN server. Either way, I'd just dig through their lineup and pick the highest specc'd router that does. Very impressed with their hardware and support.
