how to set SNMP oid on the CUCM ?

helloActivation of traps sending from CUCM requires to modify some oid on the  CUCM.why it is not possible to do it from CUCM itself ?    UTILS SNMP SET command doesn't exist, when UTILS SNMP GET does  exist !Best regards
