Currently those devices are not supported by the collector. I have provided a PID checker tool if you would like to take a look at what devices are supported/not supported.

I don't believe we can put a distinct number or impact the CSPC has on a customer's environment. The CSPC is dependent on SNMP to be able to pick up network devices. Larger devices or even devices with more modules may take longer to collect...
